Vita Lingoform and Vitapan Plus

Vita Lingoform and Vitapan Plus

Country of Origin: Germany

Authentic surface morphology

“The details are what impress me, such as the individual, natural-looking surface textures for each tooth shape as well as the incisal edge gradients of the VITAPAN PLUS anterior teeth that are tailored to match one another (Fig. 2, Fig. 3). All current insight regarding the esthetic, functional and phonetic surface design and morphology of natural dentition has been taken into consideration in this tooth range. That’s why it combines the required practical relevance in the form of user-friendliness with superb wear comfort for the patient. Natural anatomy has been successfully replicated in prosthetic form in accordance with the highest esthetic and functional standards. (Quote: Karl-Heinz Körholz, master dental technician, TRIGODENT, 2014).

Successful working with a long-term impact

Easy processing and grinding of the teeth without any splinters or chipping is possible thanks to the superb quality of the filled MRP (Microfiller Reinforced Polymer) materials combined with the mechanical material integrity of the tooth layers as a result of the VITA Re-Press Procedure. The low wear values of the MRP material (pink column) resulting in a high material strength and longevity of the VITAPAN PLUS and lingoform teeth.

These particular teeth have been used for high end complete, partial, and implant supported denture cases with excellent results in Europe and increasingly in North America.

Bioblend IPN by Dentsply

Country of Origin: USA

Bioblend IPN premium denture teeth provide our patients with a wide selection of moulds and shades that deliver outstanding occlusal integrity and long-lasting esthetics. These denture teeth employ the Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN), formed when a highly engineered cross-linked polymer is combined with a special cross-linked monomer to form a highly wear-resistant double cross-link. Due to their exceptional durability, DENTSPLY is able to offer a lifetime warranty on Bioblend IPN teeth against excessive wear, breakage, discoloration or crazing.

These teeth had been successfully used in North America, UK, Australia, and New Zealand for many years and offer great solutions for complete and partial denture restorations.

Precise function without time consuming spot grinding.
Flexecure® guarantees high abrasion resistance and durability.
Lifelike and vivid surface structures match the basis tooth form and appear harmonious.
Widened tooth base and increased volume aid papillae contouring and eliminate dark recesses and vertical edges.

This particular line of teeth had been used in Europe and North America with great results in traditional denture fabrication process as well as integrated into the digital denture workflow process (CAD / CAM technology)

Portrait IPN

Country of Origin: USA

For the patient who prefers a more mature and distinguished smile, Bioform IPN denture teeth have been designed with muted striations on the labial surfaces, delivering a more balanced, monochromatic appearance with the enhanced durability of IPN material.

Unlike other hardened plastic teeth, IPN teeth are able to mimic the gradual wear of tooth enamel, while delivering outstanding occlusal integrity and long-lasting aesthetics. The low wear feature is due to a proprietary chemistry that employs an Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN), formed when a highly engineered cross-linked polymer is combined with a special cross-linked monomer to form a highly wear-resistant double cross-link.

This highly wear-resistant material makes Portrait IPN the perfect choice for implant supported dentures. Due to their exceptional durability, Dentsply Sirona Prothetics is able to offer a lifetime warranty on Portrait IPN teeth against excessive wear, breakage, discoloration or crazing.

These teeth have been successfully used for many years in North America, UK, Australia, and New Zealand for patients who desire a more mature, natural esthetics in complete, partial, and implant denture restorations.

Condyloform 2 NFC+

Condyloform 2 NFC+

Country of Origin: Switzerland

The mortar and pestle principle according to Prof. Dr. A. Gerber, which had proven itself for decades, was also integrated into the masticatory surfaces. This results in autonomous chewing stability as the palatal cusp of the maxillary teeth engages into the opposing central fossa of the mandibular tooth.

The greatest advantage of the material, NFC +, is the excellent abrasion resistance, which is significantly greater than that of the materials previously used for teeth. This particular material was developed by Swiss scientists, chemical engineers, and denturists to counteract premature wear of teeth and the associated loss of dimension. These teeth are being used for high – end complete and partial denture cases, and dentures over implant abutments in Europe and increasingly in North America.

Bonatric 2 NFC+

Bonatric 2 NFC+

Country of Origin: Switzerland

The occlusion morphology of the lower posterior teeth stands in relation to the condyle path so that the inclination of the cusp measures 30 degrees for protrusion and 20 degrees for laterotrusion. The inclination of the occlusal plane (Spee / Wilson) can be arranged individually and reliably with the Bonatric teeth. It is the most important stabilizing element for every prosthetic restoration. These teeth were designed by Swiss chemical engineers, prosthodontists, and denturists in such a way that anatomically designed cusp incline allows perfect interplay between the incisal and grinding effects.

Ivoclar Vivadent, Phonares 2

Ivoclar Vivadent, Phonares 2

County of Origin: Liechtenstein

Precision crafted with Nano Hybrid Composite, Phonares II represents the next generation of denture teeth offering a unique blend of unrivaled beauty and unparalleled performance. The maxillary anterior moulds were designed by Swiss and German chemical engineers, dentists, technicians, and denturists making logical variations of these principles of tooth morphology in order to express individual patient characteristics (soft & bold) and age (youthful, universal, mature).

These teeth are increasingly used in Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan for high end denture restorations including dentures on implant locators, bars, and conus abutment overdenture techniques.

Enigma by Schottlander

Enigma by Schottlander

Country of origin: United Kingdom

The greater opalescence of Enigma teeth reproduces the appearance of natural teeth, with subtle mamelon effects and demineralization points that add vitality. Darker and longer necks enable to provide the patient with an excellent match in terms of a partial denture restoration. The importance of correct function cannot be overstated. Well defined points of initial contact between working cusps ensure a stable denture and efficient mastication. A well defined mastication zone and reduced lingual cusps increase tongue space and lower the occlusal forces, thus preserving the intraoral supportive structures. In 2004 Schottlander were honored to receive Her Majesty’s Queen Elizabeth Award for the Enigma teeth and denture systems. These teeth have been used over the years in: UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the Caribbean for complete and partial denture cases with great results and feed back.
